I have had much better rubs than this...but it was okay. Nothing to get really excited about.

We LOVE this recipe! It's easy, foolproof, and I always have all the ingredients (spices) on hand :)

Made this for dinner last night -- it was delicious! Had planned to keep a couple servings as leftovers,, but we ended up finishing it off. Great lingering spice taste. Used all dry ingredients and didn't notice the lack of "fresh" nutmeg at all.

Excellent! I browned stovetop as directed then started in a 400 degree oven then lowered to 350...pork came out really tender! Served with couscous with toasted pinenuts, roasted cauliflower and a salad... Very tasty dry rub. will definitely make again..would be good leftovers for sandwiches but we my husband and I ate it all.

I loved this recipe. I think this was the juciest pork I've ever had. The spice combination was great, although if I made it again I would reduce the salt a little.

This recipe is a huge hit with our family. The recipe is super easy and the flavors are tremendous. However, we grilled the pork on our gas grill rather than cooking as directed in the recipe.

Fantastic!!!! I think this has become my new fav way to cook pork tenderloin...had brown basmati rice and fresh green beans as a side. Very, Very good! =)

Wonderful combination of herbs and spices. The meat was very tender and juicy. Would be great for a special occasion or an evening meal with the family. Will absolutely make again!! Served with baked potato and fresh green beans.

It was very good, but a little heavy on the spice. I would recommend laying off some of the cumin. Otherwise, it was very good. You can also grill it instead of cooking it, which is what I did. I will make this again. It's good for special occasions. I served the dish with fresh green beans, baked potato, and bread.

This recipe is FANTASTIC with venison! By far my favorite way to enjoy this delectible meat.

Tried because the spice mixture was interesting and I tend to love their warm flavors in other things. I was blown away by how delicious the pork was!! After I finished it for my dinner (eaten with a peppery arugula salad with a simple oil and vinegar dressing as well as some brown rice), I saved some for my roommate to try and when we tasted it together cold from the fridge I was blown away again by the new flavor developments! Would have made a yummy sandwich, but the meat didn't last that long---we couldn't stop ourselves from nibbling! We even jovially argued over who got to eat the last bite! Boy were we stuffed that night, but it was worth it!! Sandwich bread would have muffled its amazing flavors anyway. Beautiful!

This rub was delicious! I happened to find the recipe when I was looking for something to do with a pork loin, and I ended up using the rub on steaks cut from the loin. I will definitely be using this again!

This was very tasty and easy to prepare. However the baking time came to be more like 25 mins. instead of 15. I served this pork dish with brown rice and the Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes recipe of April 2011.

Terrific! Also, quick and easy. Served with Indian-Spiced Roast Potatoes and Parsnips, which turned out to be a very good match.
