Simple, straightforward, quick, no out-of-the-ordinary ingredients required. Doubled to serve four. Grilled chops on bbq and let rest 15min. Served with recommended lemon green beans, very good and recommended potato wedges, using half sweet potato/half white.

This was quick and easy but the spices were a little too overpowering for me.

This was so easy, fast, and perfect for two! The chops didn't take long to cook, and were very tender. Served with homemade applesauce, sweet potatoes and spinach. Will definitely make again.

This was a nice, solid recipe for pork chops. Easy and quick with a nice, short ingredient list. I substitued paprika because I didn't have corriander and it was very good. I also served it with mashed sweet potatoes and the string beans (which were also excellent) that accompanied the pork chops recipe. I recommend using fairly thin chops since mine were too thick and took a long time to cook. I will try it with pork tenderloin slices next time to increase tenderness.

This was delicious. Next time I will use my small grille and spray the grille so I don't have to bother with the olive oil. Very easy and tasty. A definite repeat.

This is a good solid recipe for a pretty quick meal. I did use pork tenderloin and pounded it to 3/4 in thick.Served with Wild Rice with apples and green beans

Since I was only doing one pork chop, I estimated on the spices. The result was a very flavorful pork chop. My fiance and I enjoyed it with roasted potatoes (cubed) and some homemade applesauce. A nice meal that was easy to put together!

My family loved this meal and we will definitely be making it again. I doubled the recipe and served it with green beans and sweet potato wedges as suggested and it was delicious! I wondered at first if adding the spice rub to only one side would be enough, but it was the perfect amount of seasoning. I think putting it on both sides would have been too much.

Nice and quick recipe. The coriander, cumin, and brown sugar are a nice flavor palette for the pork. I served it with the sweet potatoes and green beans. Nothing too phenomenal, but the ease makes it go to four stars.

The rub was very flavorful, and the pork was tender, but overall the dish was one-note -- just not very interesting. The kids ate it, but they love pork in almost any form... I served with baked sweet potatoes and beautiful blackberries.

This recipe is delicious! Smokey, sweet, and easy to prepare. A great way to dress up a lean and healthy meat.

This was a really nice dish. I suggest getting the pan hot at first to keep in the juices. That really seals in the flavor of the spices. I would definitely serve again, and my boyfriend loved it!

Found the pork a bit bland, the green beans were very easy and tasty, but overall the meal was forgettable. Maybe letting the pork marinate a bit would help the flavour.

I found the rub way too mild. Really couldn't taste it. The idea was good but I would at least double the rub for 2 pork chops, maybe more. Green beans were good and flavorful. Sweet potatoes--same comment as the pork. Tasted like plain sweet potatoes, which are good, but then why bother with seasoning.

Easy, quick and tasty. Great for weeknight. Will definitely make again. Served with brussel sprouts and mac and cheese

Not too impressed with this recipe - not enough flavor in either the sweet potatoes or the pork. Next time I would marinate for a while, and step up the seasoning

This was quick and easy. I put the rub on the chops and marinated overnight. I used Olive Oil spray in a nonstick pan to cut down on the fat. Used bone-in chops this time, since I was out of boneless. My husband really enjoyed the chop. Severed with a string beans and rice pilaf. Will definitely make again.

made it just as listed, only Itenderized them a bit by pounding them with my rolling pin between wax paper and let them rest about 20min. after I seasoned them . They were flavorful, moist and qhick to prepare.

We all loved this easy weeknight recipe. I doubled the recipe and used bone-in chops, added a shake or two of Spice Hunter "Chef's Shake" blend (a favorite blend with similar seasonings in this recipe plus orange peel and other spices) and served with steamed lemon-pepper broccoli and sweet potato waffle fries. Easy peasy after working all day!
