This recipe was easy and came out great. I didn't BBQ it though. I applied the rub, then cooked the turkey in a grill pan for 5 minutes on each side to get some color and grill marks. Then I transferred the turkey to the oven at 375 for 10 more minutes. It was delicious and my family loved it! The rub adds so much flavor, but it wasn't too spicy for the kids. I served the turkey with steamed carrots and mashed potatoes.

I prepared the same way as KLFred, b/c of the weather and it was delicious. The next time, I'll grill it and I know it'll be amazing! Served with mashed potatoes and sauteed green beens.

I did not grill this either. I made the same way as KLF too. It was great! I trimmed the edges off of my 8 year old daughter's piece since she hates all spices and she loved it. We usually only trust recipes from epicurious.com and a few chefs from Food Network; this was a pleasant surprise.
