Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) roughy or haddock fillets
- 1/4 cup(s) Italian bread crumbs mixed with Waitrose parsley & thyme rub
- 1 parsley finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/8 dried thyme
Preparation
- marinate fillets in lemon juice and olive oil
- 1. oven to 450 F
- 2. place fillets in baking pan, brush with olive oil
- 3. combine dry ingredients in a bowl, shake over fillets
- 4. bake for 10 minutes or until flakey
