  • 1 (18-ounce) package frozen cooked diced chicken breast
  • 1 medium-size green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
  • 1 small onion, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can chunky Italian-style tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.

  2. While pasta cooks, coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, green pepper, and onion; saute until chicken is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in tomato sauce, water, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring often.
