Definitely use this sauce to go with the turkey burgers. Excellent!

Delicious! I lightened it up just a little bit the second time with 1/2 and 1/2 of fat free mayonnaise, and it still came out delicious. It's great on other sandwiches, too.

I think the description of the three stars fits this well--a good, solid recipe. It isn't amazing or the most delicious burger or sauce that I've made, but it's interesting and different in a good way. I enjoyed it and it made for a quick, easy meal.

I liked this sauce, but it was very mayo heavy - that might be ok for most people, but I happen to dislike the taste of mayo, so I would use less next time. Plus, you don't need that much sauce for 4 burgers, so you could easily cut it. To be fair, though, it complimented the turkey burgers very well.

Not the biggest mayo fan, so I only used a half-cup and kept the rest of the ingredients at the same level. Loved the fresh ginger and so did the rest of my family. I feel like there could have been a wee bit more flavor, but I'm not sure what of. Definitely complimented the burgers, though.
