To hard-cook eggs, place in a large pot and cover with cold water. Boil for 1 minute, and remove from heat. Cover and let stand 15 minutes.

How to Make It

Step 1

Cut eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks, and place in a bowl. Set egg whites aside.

Step 2

Mash yolks until smooth. Add bacon and next 7 ingredients; stir until blended.

Step 3

Spoon yolk mixture evenly into egg whites. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
