Yield Serves 4 (serving size: 1 parfait)
Raspberry sparkling wine has a pretty pink color and lightly sweet flavor; you can use regular sparkling wine for a less sweet dessert. Or you can skip the alcohol and use raspberry-flavored seltzer water instead.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberry sorbet
  • 1 cup chilled raspberry sparkling wine (such as Verdi Raspberry Sparkletini) or unflavored sparkling wine
