I served this at my grand daughter's birthday party. It was so refreshing. To dress it up, I made an ice ring the night before with water, in which I put whole strawberries with the green tops and fresh mint leaves...it looked so festive and elegant. Everyone asked for the recipe for this punch.

I very much liked this recipe & am going to make it again. I use it at teas & showers & it is very good, quick & not to expensive to serve a large crowd. I froze some of the punch in ice trays & floated them, with mint sprigs, in the punch bowl. Alcohol could be added to the bowl or individually if children & non-dringers are in attendance. This punch is not too sweet as to interfere with other sweet served on special occasions.

This is a very good, and not too sweet punch. I went the party version with champagne, cointreau, and mint sprigs from the garden, and the 20-somethings, and way-over-that crowd enjoyed it.

I made this for a shower with club soda and another version with champagne and they were both wonderful!!

This was a hit at our Easter Buffet. Could not have been simpler or enjoyed more. Thanks!

I used this punch for a baby shower and it was very easy and everyone loved it. I used regular lemonade instead of pink lemonade since the baby was a boy.

Wonderful punch. We used ginger ale instead of club soda and it's great! Super easy to make so it doesn't take to much time away from whatever else you are making!

This is the perfect spring punch with its gorgeous pink color. I made it as a non-alcoholic option for a family reunion . It was simple to make, which was important because I was preparing food for 18 people, and I didn't want to spend a lot ot time making it.
