Made these for a Labor Day BBQ and they were a crowd pleaser. Only thing I did differently was add an extra half bottle of sparkling wine. (Used Asti Spumante.) Also floated some basil at the top. Yum.
I served this at a Mother's day brunch for my in-laws and it was a hit. Very peachy, without being overly sweet. This was actually one of the few "breakfast" cocktail recipes I could find where you didn't have to add sugar. Light and refreshing- would make a great dessert drink, too.
