- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) hot water
- 3 teaspoons matcha powder
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 8 mint leaves
- 8 ounces (1 cup) dry Champagne
- Garnish: lime twists
How to Make It
Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a small bowl until matcha powder dissolves. Let cool completely.
Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add matcha mixture, and fill shaker with ice; shake 30 seconds. Strain into 2 Champagne flutes. Top evenly with Champagne. Garnish, if desired.
