Simple and delicious--excellent flavors of Spain. Must use Spanish paprika for proper effect. Could eat once or twice/week.

My husband, who is not a fish lover, enjoyed this dish. I didn't have smoked paprika so I used hot paprika and an extra slice of bacon to add more smoky flavor. Along with the fresh spinach, this made a great meal. Will keep this one in the recipe file.

This was awesome! I am not a spinach lover but WOW! Definitely use the entire bag of spinach as it isn't much after it wilts. Halibut is expensive but I did use it and it was wonderful. Will definitely make this one again!

I love halibut, but this recipe is humdrum; nothing special. For a fish with such nice taste and texture it deserves something more to excite the palate!

My four-year old ate this and wanted more. Plus it was quick and easy. The price of halibut was a tad shocking.

So good! I was a bit surprised at the price of halibut fillets but it was something I would do again. I think sea bass would work too but the halibut tastes better than sea bass.

This was delicious and very simple. A friend brought me fresh halibut from Seattle, so I used this recipe. I had baby kale on hand instead of spinach, so I used that - it was wonderful! This is a winner! We will make again. Served with Near East Spanish rice and a salad.

So Simple and So Good - I had dinner on the table on a week night that was delicious and good for us. The bacon with the spinach seems decadent. I only made this for two - so i used one center cut strip of bacon - I wanted to keep the nutritional information about the same - if i make it for four will use the applewood bacon slice as written - this is a great go to recipe!

Delicious. I didn't fry a piece of bacon, but used bacon fat to fry the fish that I had on hand then heated up some real bacon bits to sprinkle over the spinach. Served with three cheese risotto. I wouldn't hesitate to serve this to guests.

We've made this a few times since the issue came out. So very easy. We use whole leaf spinach and always clean two 8oz bags because we like more. Last night served Thomas Keller's gazpacho ( http://articles.latimes.com/2012/oct/03/news/lat-dd-dinner-tonight-thomas-kellers-gazpacho-20121002 ) and avocado-on-toast first. Then the halibut & spinach. Gorgeous presentations, great flavors.
