Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) butter
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) minute rice
  • 1/2 cup(s) onion thinly dliced
  • 1/3 cup(s) green pepper diced
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1 can(s) (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in large skillet. Add rice, onion and green pepper. Cook and stir until mixture is lightly browned, Add remaining ingredients. Quickly bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
