- 1/2 cup(s) onion thinly dliced
- 1/3 cup(s) green pepper diced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 can(s) (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add rice, onion and green pepper. Cook and stir until mixture is lightly browned, Add remaining ingredients. Quickly bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
