  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 pint soy milk
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.
