Worthy of a Special Occasion

These potato cakes were very very tasty. My only complaint is that they were a bit time consuming to make. Handling the potato mixture while stuffing them became very messy. The potato warmed up and I had to keep putting it into the fridge to recool. Other than that very yummy.

These were good, but not as flavorful as I expected, considering all of the ingredients that went into them.
