Reaaaally like this one. A great steak diversion from A-1 sauce and a green salad. Followed the recipe to a T, just doubled the dry rub since I used 2 lbs. of meat. Came out great! Served with simple Jiffy cornbread and mixed some canned corn into the beans. Excellente!

Very easy to make. Hubby loved it. It plates beautifully. I used jarred red peppers and it turned out great. Will make again.

This is really good, the cumin makes it! I don't have a grill pan so cooked the steak in my SS frying pan. If you are vegetarian, just make the beans they are delicious. Of course, if you are vegetarian you're probably not reading this recipe...:-)

Super tasty. Super easy. DD isn't a big fan of red meat so next time might sub a pork tenderloin instead. Served with corn muffins and a tomato/avocado side.

Have to admit I didn't expect much from this recipe, but it was delicious! Made corn bread and steamed broccoli to round out the meal.

I liked this and hubby really loved the beans, although something grated against me to put salsa on a sirloin steak! I grilled it on the grill rather than on a grill pan.
