1 extra-large bag boil-in-bag rice
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
