Awesome and easy. I like my soup thick so I didn't add all the broth and I only used half the cumin.

Just as everyone says: super easy, versatile (I've used turkey, variety of bean types, added corn or peppers, etc.), excellent flavor.

This was delicious and easy. I halved this recipe and ate for lunch; used Herdez Salsa Verde and leftover Boston Market Rotisserie Chicken. Highly recommend!

I have made this soup twice now, and it was great both times. The first time I prepared it as written, and the second I substituted black beans for the cannellini. We preferred the black bean version. I have used two different brands of salsa verde (both medium spicy) and they both worked about the same.

This recipe has become a favorite with my family. Sooooo easy to fix. I usually add a can of black beans and about a teaspoon of chili. I have also added some salsa. Every time I take it somewhere, someone is asking me for the recipe.

I made this tonight in about 20 minutes. Tearing up the chicken took the longest. I always read the reviews and decided to add black beans and 11 oz shoepeg (white) corn. I used 16oz. Herdea salsa verda and 32 oz. Chicken broth, along with a little salt and pepper, otherwise I followed the recipe. I did also top the soup with avocado . I let it cook for 1 1/2 hours. It was wonderful.

Excellent! Taste like you spent all day preparing it. I used a chunky salsa verde and added a squeeze of lime and sprinkled with cheese and diced avocado in addition to the other condiments. I'll make this again!

Delicious and very easy. I used 2 cans of beans for a heartier soup and it was delicious. My coworkers have all asked for the recipe.

Sent this dish to a friend with small children. They loved it. An added garnish was red bell pepper. I boiled a whole fryer for the chicken. More economical and just as tasty. Added a bit of garlic powder and a bay leaf.

This recipe is such a great option for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. I love the idea of using leftover rotisserie chicken which makes for two easy meal nights in a row. My 4-year old son loves it too!

This was delicious - my husband loved it, and he is not a huge fan of Southwest cuisine. I had no salsa verde here in So. Africa when I made this, so I used a bit of chunky salsa and garnished with shredded cheddar cheese. Just as good, or better, 2 nights later!

Easy, fast, and delicious - what more could anyone ask for? I used an entire small deli rotisserie chicken and the result was a very meaty soup that was a tad salty for my taste. Something else to watch for: my husband thought the broth might be a little thin so correct accordingly..

This is my go to recipe for an unexpected cold rainy or snowy day. It is easy to put together and the flavors blend wonderfully for a nice comfort meal. I usually add avocado slices and a tbsp of shred cheese to each bowl. I like the blue corn tortilla chips on top of it all.

Great soup! Really yummy and oh so easy to do. Enjoy with corn bread made in an iron skillet. Also added an extra can of beans.

This was a good, quick weeknight meal. I added more cumin, chipotle chili powder, and a dash of liquid smoke to make it a bit more flavorful.
