Yield Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

How to Make It

  1. Stir together all ingredients; shape mixture into a log, using parchment or wax paper. Chill 4 to 6 hours.
