Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced cantaloupe
1 1/2 cups diced honeydew
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped purple onion
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
2 serrano chiles, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine lime juice and remaining ingredients; stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over melon mixture, and toss gently. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with chicken or fish.
