Prep time 5 mins
Cook time 16 mins
Chill time 4 hrs
Yield Makes 4 to 6 servings
Serve this fajita-seasoned grilled flank steak with a spicy salsa and wrap in flour tortillas for an easy south-of-the border dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) package flank steak (1/2-inch thick)
  • Salsa

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Rub olive oil evenly over flank steak; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.

  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 7 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Serve with Salsa.
