Southern Tomato Vegetable Pie

This was an excellant dish. I used it initially as a side dish, but could easily be an entree. Very easy to make. I used regular mayonnaise instead of light. Very filling and great flavor combination.

had a lunch with the girls and this was the star recipe - used regular tomatos and the cheese I had in the house. Also used beef bacon rather then pork. I am making it again today!

This is one of my go to recipes! Always a hit at home and at pot lucks!
