10 ears fresh corn, cleaned and kernels cut from cob
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Heat bacon drippings in a large skillet over medium heat. Add corn kernels, and cook 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup milk, salt, and pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
