  • canola oil
  • 1 whole(s) Onion
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 pound(s) Beef
  • 1 can(s) Baked or BBQ beans
  • 2 package(s) Corn bread mix
  • 2 whole(s) Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) Milk
  • 1 package(s) Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle(s) BBQ sauce

Preparation

Cook onions for a few minutes in cast iron, then garlic, then beef, then add beans. Remove from cast iron and put cornbread mix into cast iron, followed by beef and cheese. After cooking, add BBQ sauce
