Fabulous! I baked the 3 3/4# brisket for 4 1/2 hours and let it rest about 1 hour and I think it was a little overdone and dry in places. Next time I would only do 4 hours. It is hard to determine doneness since it is 'tightly covered'. This recipe is sooooo easy and the flavor is great.

I prepared this for the main dish for Christmas Dinner. It was easy to cook and came out very flavorful and tender. My brisket was 4 1/2 lbs. It cooked for 4 hours and rested about an hour while I finished the rest of the meal.
