Sourdough Panzanella with Grilled Flank Steak

This is one of my all time favorite salads - so flavorful and easy.

Decent meal. The meat was quite tasty - might use less lemon and more soy sauce in the marinade in the future. I let it marinade for about 4 hour in the fridge. The salad was good, but in the future I would remove the seeds from the cucumber - there were seeds everywhere.

So good!! We will make this one again and again. YUM!!
