Sour Cream Tartar Sauce

Yield 1 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup commercial sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, mixing well. Cover mixture, and chill overnight to blend flavors. Serve sauce cold with fish or seafood.
