I needed something fast that I could make with ingredients on hand for our church potluck. I plugged in spinach and sour cream (I had low fat) and found this gem. It's so easy! I chopped the spinach in my food processor and then added the rest of the ingredients to blend. I did cut back on the salt a half teaspoon, used a 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and added 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Seriously good! Serving it with baguette slices.
