Sour Cream Spinach Dip

Yield about 2 2/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) carton commercial sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach, cleaned (about 3/4 pound)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
