Sour Cream-Raisin Pie

Yield one 9-inch pie


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton commercial sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell

How to Make It

  1. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored. Stir in sugar. Add sour cream, raisins, and pecans; blend well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°; bake 45 minutes. Cool.
