- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 1 eggs beaten
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 2x15 ounce(s) cans pear drained, chopped
- 9" graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2/3 cup(s) butter
- 2/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- Preheat to 350. In a medium bowl combine 3/4C sugar, 1T flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the egg and sour cream until smooth. Add pears and stir softly until coated. Pour in to crust. Put in oven for 25 minutes. In another bowl stir the sugar and flour together, cut the butter in to form 'crumble'. Sprinkle over the pie, continue baking for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
