- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups commercial sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
How to Make It
Sift together dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Gradually add sour cream and egg, stirring well.
Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
