SOUR CREAM DROP COOKIES

1/4 c. soft butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. sifted all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. soda 1 c. dairy sour cream Cinnamon sugar mixture Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and beat until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) about 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen 2 inch cookies. They're topped with cinnamon and sugar.
