Sour Cream-Cucumber Sauce Recipe
This sour cream-cucumber sauce lends a fresh Greek flavor to anything from raw veggies to grilled steak. Make it ahead and refrigerate to save yoursef time.

Ingredients

1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 (8-ounce) container light sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Grate cucumber, and place in a colander, pressing to drain excess liquid. Place between paper towels, and pat dry.

Stir together cucumber and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
