1. Sour Cream Chicken Squares
2. 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3. 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
4. 2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
5. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
7. 1 tsp. garlic salt
8. 1/2 cup cold water
9. 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
10. 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
11. 1 cup sour cream
12. 3 eggs
13. 1/8 tsp. pepper


14. Heat oven to 425. Grease 13x9 baking dish. Mix baking mix and water
15. until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth
16. dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll
17. dough into rectangle, 14x10. Place dough in dish so edges are 1/2-inch
18. up sides. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over dough. Bake
19. until edges are golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean,
20. about 25 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
