  • 2 c water
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c fine cornmeal
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c Parm
  • 1/2 t salt


  1. Bring water, broth and butter to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Whisk in cornmeal very slowly.
  3. Cook over low heat 30-40 minutes stirring very frequently.
  4. Add cheese and salt.
  5. Serve.
