- 2 c water
- 2 c chicken broth
- 2 T butter
- 1 c fine cornmeal
- 1/4 - 1/2 c Parm
- 1/2 t salt
- Bring water, broth and butter to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
- Whisk in cornmeal very slowly.
- Cook over low heat 30-40 minutes stirring very frequently.
- Add cheese and salt.
