I was prepared for disaster on making these cookies... how can a recipe so simple and easy, with so few ingredients, turn out great??!! Well, these cookies are TOO DIE FOR GOOD! They're soft, decadent, and delicious. They were gone the first night--my family all loved them. These are the best peanut butter cookies we've ever had!!

These were the easiest cookies ever to make...and super yummy. My husband and kids inhaled them. I used only half a cup of sugar because we don't like things too sweet, and they were still delicious. They don't hold up well for transport, however...I put some in a baggie and they turned into crumbles quickly. Tasty crumbles, at least!

I made these cookies based on the good reviews but was very disappointed in the results. Without the flour, etc of most traditional recipes this is just a ball of sugary peanut butter. It doesn't have the consistency or flavor of a cookie. If you're looking for a traditional cookie I would try another recipe.
