- 4 egg whites
- 2 2/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
How to Make It
Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl, blending well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 325° for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
