Very good flavor - I have used this recipe multiple times - it is always a crowd pleaser. I had the best results the longer I marinaded the pork.

Needs to marinate much longer than the directions indicate. I let it sit in marinade all day, but it would have been great if left overnight. Sliced very thin for sandwiches...yum.
