Soba with Herbed Edamame Sauce

    This is great! It's pretty easy (especially if you have already shelled edamame). I agree with other reviewers about the color; it definitely looks strange. But it's delicious!

    Made as directed except I added another garlic clove and tossed the sauce with whole-wheat linguine. Excellent flavor!

    The sauce was good, the color was strange, but the texture of the sauce with the soba was really, really unappealing. Would probably be good on rice noodles, but with the soba, the overall effect was sticky/gummy. Yuck.

    This is one of our go to recipes. Sure the color is really green. The sauce is full of flavor and texture. Its green because you use green herbs. Its really delicious. One of my favorite things to make for lunch at work.

    Yum! Quick and easy to make. I used a locally made thick linguini and doubled the garlic -- that would be a little much for most people, but we loved it..
