Very good! I borrowed an idea from another posting and used a bag of coleslaw mix, adding the cilantro myself. This made it so easy, it could be a weeknight meal, but so good I would definitely serve at a special event. I plan on making this again.

This dish was delicious! I sauteed peppers, onions, snow peas first and then added the noodle mixture. I also added some shrimp and it was a complete meal!

Soooo yummy! I pressed the tofu (slice in half lengthwise, wrap in 2 towels and place some heavy cookbooks on top for 15 min on each side) and then marinated it in the dressing for 30 minutes. I added sliced red bell peppers also. Will definitely make again.

I would use less soy sauce, but otherwise it's tasty.

This will be a keeper for sure! I used whole wheat linguine otherwise, stayed with the recipe. I also pressed & marinated the tofu as the previous reviewer suggested. I think you could use just about any fresh vegetable that is in season and on hand.The broccoli coleslaw mix sounds like an excellent idea.

I used a coleslaw mix and whole wheat soba noodles. Served with Seared Scallops with Citrus Ginger Sauce and Sesame-Ginger Glazed Asparagus. Excellent!

my husband and I loved this salad - I didn't have time to press the extra-firm tofu I had, but I did marinate as another suggested. added green pepper and green onions because I had them on hand, and left out the bean sprouts because I didn't have them. will definitely make again!
