So-Easy Cherry-Fudge Cake

A family member brought this to our Thanksgiving celebration. After I tasted it the much-anticipated pumpkin and apple pies just went away. Absolutely awsome! A permit should be required for this cake. I almost hurt myself...And how much easier could it be to make?
