- caramel syrup
- 1 box(es) chocolate cake mix for 2 layer cake
- 1 can(s) chocolate icing
- peanut butter cookies
- peanuts (optional)
- Prepare and bake cake mix in two 8 or 9" round cake pans. When cool, place one layer on serving plate. Put thin layer of chocolate icing on top. Crush cookies into little pieces. Sprinkle over first layer. Pour caramel syrup over cookies. Chop peanuts and sprinkle over syrup. Put second cake layer on first. Frost with icing. Sprinkle on more cookie crumbs and pour on more syrup. Sprinkle more peanuts.
