Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced mango (about 3 mangoes)
  • 1 medium-size red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon diced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine mangoes and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; chill, if desired.
