Snappy Mango Salsa

2 cups diced mango (about 3 mangoes)
1 medium-size red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon diced shallots
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin


1. Combine mangoes and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; chill, if desired.
