Snapper with Basil-Mint Sauce

    LOVED THIS! It was crazy easy and so tasty. I was skeptical that the fish itself would be bland (ha! it was full of flavor and then the sauce was so good on it), and that the sauce would be spicy (but, it wasn't at all!) I served this with a bulgur salad and kale. The sauce for the snapper was so good, I wanted to put it on everything! I will definitely make this again. Yum.

    This was super easy. My husband didn't care for the sauce (doesn't like mint), but he liked the fish anyway. I LOVE the sauce. It made plenty extra, so I kept it in the refrigerator and was able to use it a couple more times.
