Snap Peas With Roasted Garlic Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 purple onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Cook first 4 ingredients in a skillet over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
