Snap Peas With Roasted Garlic Dressing

4 cups fresh or frozen sugar snap peas
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 purple onion, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Cook first 4 ingredients in a skillet over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
