Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked sweet Spanish paprika (pimentón dulce)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Process ingredients in a blender until well blended.
