    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Ehhh... This dish was easy, filling, healthy, and reheats well. I may make it again. However, when it comes down to it, the flavor isn't anything special. It tastes like a bunch of veggies tossed with a can of tomatoes and a very mild flavor of chili powder in the background. Smoky? Uhh, no, not at all. It's not a bad recipe, but it's also nothing special whatsoever.
