Smoky Salmon Spread

Yield 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) can red salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish, drained
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Assorted crackers

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients, except crackers, in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Chill overnight. Serve with assorted crackers.
